Photo Sessions
From the moment that you enter the gate, your comfort is Barb's priority." I feel that it is important for people to feel at home in order to achieve a relaxed feel in the portraits".
Suggestions from Barb regarding clothing choices that convey your personal taste and style are made prior to the shoot.
Barb keeps a large selection of backgrounds, chairs, and holiday props. If your studio session is scheduled in your home the backgrounds along with a small selection of props are brought to that session.
A session usually takes 45 minutes, the goal is to achieve 3 different perspectives, i.e, close up, full length portrait, separately and together if there are siblings.
If your photo session is scheduled on the beach, cell phone contact is there for your reassurance. Maps and location meeting spots are emailed prior to the session along with clothing and prop suggestions that are relevant to the location.
Holiday cards are ALWAYS discussed during a small portion of every photo shoot from August through December.
